Just the premises is little congested.
During peak hours you will get bumped in premises.

I become fan of icici no hidden charges, powerful account?. I really happy.... I Recemonded you should try Icici Mine account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and unprofessional behavior of staff. My father (Kishore Prithiani ) who is a senior citizen visited to their Ulhasnagar Chopra court branch twice to just get an print out confirmation renewal of his FD . In his first visit bank staff ask him to wait for couple of minute and he waited there more 20 minutes then staff told him that they will contact him. after a week of time he did not receive any updates so he visited Kotak Bank same branch office, no one was ready to attend, he has been asked to wait on couch again and he had to leave the bank without print out.
such bad behavior and unprofessional attitude towards clients and specially towards senior citizens make the bank pay by losing clients and business very soon.
