While depositing or withdrawing cash it takes 2-3 hours due to ur untrained staff which includes ur manager Prafulla Nayak.
And 360/365 days Bank CDM's are also not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most terrible bank I have ever seen in my entire life so far. Vistied the bank to close my account (Friday-27/12/19) and wasted four and half hours. The staff in the brach just kept on moving me from one desk to another. Seriously, four and half hours for a closer, I guess this is a question the bank staff and the manager need figure out answer for. This is a question on your ability, team-work and leadership. Glad that I closed my account. Feel relief.
