★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to claim a FD. They made us fill up the wrong form. They only realised this an hour later. They did not even apologise and the bank officer tried to pass it off as a new form that needed to be filled.
The new form required either 2 witnesses or an officer of the bank to sign The bank and all its officers refused to sign the form. They really should have informed us before so that we could make arrangements.
During the entire time, the manager sat in his room fast asleep.
Don't bother using this bank unless you never want to see your money again.
