★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect much from this place. This place goes by its name as "chalawa". A dingy place with very negative vibes. We went there in a weekend and there was no customer till 2 floors (as it is a 3 floor restaurant). 8-9 people were there in the third floor and as they didn't have any liquor license to serve they didn't have any menu for that we went by their word of mouth menu for beers. The owner was sitting with few of his friends among some of them are interrupting the live music constantly and banging our ears. Then a police inspector came with uniform on, he sat with the owner and continued his party. We were feeling like sitting in a private house party uninvited. The bar place is tiny and dingy. After all of that we forgot about our food. It was a nightmare experience.

The crowd and the ambience over there is also quite sophisticated.

I had
1. Pizza- Thin crust base with extra cheese loaded and it was not too heavy. Definitely gonna loved by those who prefer to have light base pizza.
2. Honey chilli potato - As expected, chilli potato were very crispy with right amount of honey and crisp.
3. Loaded Nachos- Loaded nachos with the flavour of cottage cheese marinated in some sauces gave an immense pleasure to me while having this.
4. Cheese garlic bread

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance is nice.. serve food, liquor, snacks... best parts are hookah is available and have live music to add some great moments to the evening.. quite costly but worth it.. people working there serves you with a smile and provide very quick services.. food was awesome especially paneer tikka, kathi rolls and other..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Chhalava was great. We were a group of 12 people and were seated in the lounge. The ambience was really good and food was excellent too. The live music by band Alakh was an icing on the cake. It was my wife's birthday and I requested Mr Rana for a birthday discount, he was very courteous to honour my request and offered discount. Whole staff was very courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chhalava is the new dine in place recently opened in Greater Kailash 2, main Market new Delhi.
The Ambience of the place is the main highlight. Be it Rooftop seating, be it lounge sitting, be it fine dining, you name it they have it. Spread across 3 floors and all the floors have different seating options and interiors. The quality of furniture is very good. Also the little little things are also taken care in interiors, from laps to roof finishing. All in all ambience is amazing.
The Menu they have has a very nice variety of food and drinks, pretty common things but made very differently and nicely. Also the prices they have kept are very competitive. The Service is pretty decent, we were not kept much waiting.
In Drinks we had Indigo (3.7/5): Was a little sweet, could have been better. Green Apple Mojito (4/5): Very nice indeed. Black Mojito (5/5): Was tangy, chatpata and best of all. Cranberry (3.8/5): Pretty decent.
Food, we ordered Dahi ke kebab (4.5/5): Nice crunchy on outside and mouth melting inside. Chicken Puchka (4/5): New concept was Okish. Falafel (3.5/5): Felt a little raw in inside. Mutton Seekh (5/5): Perfect and juicy. Paneer Tikka (4/5): Nice.
Dal makhni (4/5), Butter chicken (4.7/5): The smoky flavor made all the difference. Paneer Butter Masala (4/5): Was a little sweet.
In Desserts, we had Chocolate Lasagna (4/5): Unique and fresh, having layers of chocolate and coconut. Choco Lava cake with ice cream (4.7/5): Nice and fresh lava cake and served with Chocolate ice cream, usually u get vanilla but chocolate even better.
Verdict – This place has an amazing ambience and comfort food and decent service. You can hang out with friends or visit with family or go on a date, it is fit for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chhalava is spread across three floors with the first one being fine dining, second is a disc and their rooftop/third floor being a lounge. Went to the lounge section as they were having live music that day. The ambiance and music is good. They have a decent menu with some drinks. Tried a few drinks, starters and Indian main course. The drinks are refreshing. The staters were average, nothing great about them. The main course dishes were delicious and cooked perfectly. Overall, it a good hangout place for some good music and if you wanna party.
