★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They answer the call and just keep the phone on without taking to you. Horrible customer care service. Very poor behaviour. Horrible. Never bank with BOB, especially Powai branch. Full of rude people who are not willing to help.

Really in this COVID scenario they still have taken great precautions and steps to make sure that service doesn't get impacted not customers experience..Really hates off for dedication that staff have showcased...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drawback of the BOB is whatever update you want to make in your account you have to visit your home branch recently I want to update one senior citizen correspondence address as he shift from Meerut to Mumbai at his son place but for this he have to submit form at his home branch??? we are at 2021.
Also passbook entry machine & atm machine are outside the branch so if there is bank holiday you can still access the this services.
But 1 atm machines and one passbook entry machine is not working so you have to stand in queue. ?♂️?♀️?♂️?♀️?♂️?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. The home loan department is always non existent, with no one to respond to your emails, phone calls and branch visits.
It's very difficult to bank with banks like bank of baroda even in the Powai area as they hire bankers who are not very professional and responsive.
You should be prepared for 0 service if you bank with them
