★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience, professional staff but sometimes it takes too long to get even minor things sorted out. The concept of token system for financial/Non financial transactions needs to improve. Also they Need to improve the turn around time for all the services. ATM and CDM are available and working. Good location but parking is sometimes a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very good in design and has ample of comfortable seating arrangement for customers to wait.
The staff is good and helpful but the waiting time is extremely long. There are more than 7 service counters and only handful of them function at a time. The waiting time is much less at State Bank of India than at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch twice for paying US Visa fee and each time cashier had not reached office even 2 hours after opening hours. Each time I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes. Bank should realize that we are also doing job and our time also has some value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bank...its been 1 month since they haven't released my money....bank manager keeps on lying...saying today it will come today it will come...worst of the worse seriously...fine I have defaulted with my payment but the bank has deducted the amount and taken the penalty as well...yet they haven't released the money...this is complete nonsense and it's not only me but there are more than 20 people whose money they haven't released yet and all have paid their dues...this is only the powai branch I wonder about the other branches...seriously axis bank get your priorities straight...stop lying to the customers

Cannot speak with the customer service executive. Lousy bank. Pity Citibank customers. Wrong choice of bank to deal with

I went to this branch to open a current account.
The representative- Huda Sheikh- told me it would be done in 1 week. I submitted all my documents in a couple of days.
It has been more than a month now and nothing has been done. On top of that, they even took my notarized original documents and are not returning them back despite numerous requests. Furthermore, they don't answer calls and give no updates.
I even reached out to the manager of that employee- Sanjana- but faced the same issues. Zero customer service.
Avoid this branch like the plague.
And if you can, please help me get my documents back at least and please help me open a current account at a decent bank.
