★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again, HSBC India has managed to retain the status of the WORST BANK. I have premier relationship wherein the Relationship Managers are apt in Robison get with mis information of just plainly being in accessible.
Wish if anyone from their corporate office ever pays attention to details and monitors the level of customer service.
Or the other thought is perhaps they too are a part of the bad managers pack!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience here..the woman named rameshwari was very rude to me and was on the phone the whole time..it was as if she was least intrested in our query..very careless and shocking attitude from a hsbc employee..these guys have no clue about hw credit card works so never buy a credit card from them..rural banks work better

As you can see I have been patient but this is an incompetent team !!! ICICI customer service is much better!!!

Everytime I have a new agent asking the exact same documents that were submitted ..
Is there any supervisor or manager in charge here who can help ??
I will update the post if there is any good agent left in this branch to help my case !!
