The place is located at a very quite chilled locality. You could see all big brands having their businesses running around. The restaurant has a very good casual and cosy vibe and a very american style ambience.
About the Food:-
Personally speaking, I didn't enjoyed the food and so did my friends with whom i had visited this place. There are very very few options for Vegetarians and the options are not that great to be honest. You can feel that frozen like taste in those burger patties and other items. Many items are not available so the choosing part gets a bit easy and hard both. The desserts are very good, The Red velvet cake and the Molten Chocolate Cake are a Must Try here.
About the Service :-
The service in general offered by the staff is very very good. The staff is courteous, polite and helpful. Just one thing we could see that there were just couple of guys who were serving the entire restaurant which made the service very slow. The food just kept on going on the table even when we hadn't finished our starters which ultimately resulted in our food getting cold.
Overall:- (3 / 5)
We can say that this place would be a One time Visit restaurant. I had travelled all the way from Malad to Powai as their other branches are shut. Spending a total of 1.5 hr travelling in the evening I didn't find any surprising aspect in my / our overall experience.

Texas spicy chilli wings :
Perfectly spiced.
Wings were juicy and not dry.
Served with 2 dips (awesome)
Plating was decent.
Crispy chicken crispers :
Not very unique yet a perfect starter with the beer.
A good option for (KFC popcorn) however good portion size.
Was served along with fries, boiled corn and dips.
Ambience :
Cozy place to spend a perfect afternoon watching IPL with friends and loved ones.
Watched the IPL on a big screen nd multiple televisions.
Warm welcome.
Great ambience.
Quick service.

Kingfisher beer was served in Bira Jugs .
Fair ambience but can do better at deco.
Staff was wearing mask at all times which was great.
Though the overall service moved really slow. Can do better there.
Food though was beyond doubt, great. Full marks to chef for fantastic execution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good good, great staff. One of the restaurant following covid protocols and only functioning with half of the tables. The service is good and the staff is polite and well trained. Since they are following Covid protocols it would be advisable to reserve the tables if you plan to go late as it gets crowded very fast and you might have to wait to be seated.

Order took time to come. The food was good though.
We had to repeatedly ask for water before we were served any. Definitely recommend their Tacos as well as the Fajita sharing plate as well as the wings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 7 out 10. Ambiance was very nice.very clam and chill place. I am not impressed by food. We ordered pizza which not actually pizza, its kind of brushetta but taste was good. We have also ordered one burger which is actually a big in size i would call it giant burger which is also good in taste. Overall experience was nice. Price is little bit high but its Hiranandani so its ok. Staff is very nice and kind. Service is good. For service its 10 out of 10.
