★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time ever in my life I came across such poor service. When I asked to show their terms and conditions apply they are telling me it’s Verbal and not written!!!! Horrible experience. Fool their customers on the name of on going offers. Fraud schemes are fun by them. Poor customer relationship. Upon being their fault, they are blaming customer and arguing with the customer. Will never go here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to GBK for several years. I am not sure if the ownership changed or if they are just dropping the ball but my experience over the last few days has just been very bad. The service was all about selling me what I did not need. The delivery of my new glasses did not happen until I went there to check myself. Finally the glasses are not right and I will have to go back there tomorrow. Very poor experience overall and no empathy or customer centric behaviour in the shop. Sack the sales guy. He is useless! I am deeply disappointed in an outlet which charges a premium for supposedly superior service. That service is now very poor!
