★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenskart frame horrible. Broke three times in a year..Spent more than 20000 to buy these specs bcoz they do not use other frames than their own. Now I know why bcoz they want to sell you substandard frames which will last just for a year and warranty gets over so u need a new frame again. Don't get fooled by their offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had received my order today the frame quality is good , shiny . Staff were excellent , shown me the new arrival frames of VC . And added device protect lenses in it at best price . Sir fardin and sir raju (the eye checker )helped me out with my selections. Happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought specs with progressive lenses for about 5.1K in June 2018. Hinges kept coming loose, nosepads slipped away a few times and now earpiece or temple piece or handle is broken. Thy wont cover it under warranty. Don't know which corrective lens maker requires that frames should last less than two years. For people who regularly wear glasses, a specs frame should last a minimum of two years. Waste of money .... Go to some reputed store instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad salesman he change the offer card saying he forgot to change it showed 999 for three he changed and said I forgot to change its 400 for one he was not even bothered to show us the glasses since there were other clients checking expensive glares so he thought it's better to attain then then us buying reading glass. Very bad sales man ship

The Eye Testing Apparatus is totally cockeyed- thankfully, had got my eyes tested at my Opthalmologust before getting a 2nd opinion at your location.
Difficult to opine re the actual problem. Was it the man or the machine.
And then when I went to collect the glasses- there was no trace of my registration in your records- this, despite being an old customer.
Am hoping there's no screw-up wrt the glasses. Have just started using them and yet to get them checked by my Opthalmologist wrt accuracy.
Will revert once needful done in this regard.
