★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respect to guest visiting these places. Every society has a hate notice on the gate " Outsiders vehicle not allowed inside" The Guards at the gate behave very rudely with the guest with cars. Perhaps instructions are given by the managing committee members of these societies. Guest visiting their friends & relatives are advised to go either by Autorickshaw or by metered cabs as there is no place to even wait with their vehicles. Rather nasty place to visit.

Pros.
1) Everything is near i.e Western Mumbai , Navi Mumbai and Central Mumbai is within 1 hour range.
2) Secure locality guards wont allow any unauthorized person to get into building premises.
3) All facilities are available i.e ATM, Supermarkets and transport.
4) Local vendors will deliver almost everything to you doorsteps.
Cons.
1) Heavy Traffic all the time.
2) Costly.
