★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State of Mysore used to actually exist at this location and whose staff was excellent in customer management ,but this has now got merged with state bank of India on ullal main road ,about 700-800m from this location ,hence this is a permanently closed location ,go n walk ahead till state bank of India,ullal main road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes too long to get your work done. Been requesting them to put a bar code for my passbook, they have been saying poor connection, printer not working n other reasons since more than 3 months. Have to stand in long queue just to get passbook printed and even encash the cheque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and uncooperative staff. Whenever I come for passbook entry, either system is not working or the executive is not willing to do it and says server is down come next time. They simply give excuse every time. HDFC is better in terms of customer service and executives are more professional and cooperative too. If they don't improve their attitude, people will look for other banks nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good branch. It was located near Ring road but has been shifted to this location from March-2018. Customer service is good. They might have a new ATM next to the bank itself. Ample parking space for the customers is also a benefit. It's adjacent to the main road, so it's easy to locate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this the way u give responce towards your costomers the deposit bank will be anytime closed i thaught bank of India will give good response to the coatomera but the bank isn't giving 24hrs atm service to the costomers.. in jganyabharathi branch!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miracle Branch. No manager at any time, day or night not that I have tried in the night. No updating of passbook since Tipu sultans time. Reply software problem!
Complaint to higher up not even an acknowledgement.
Silver lining the cashier is alert cooperative.
God only can save the account holders!
