★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service, staff hardly have customers to attend.
Took more than 45 minutes to prepare and cancel DD procedure, realised that their printers are not working in the morning .
They don't even know what's working and what to communicate with clients before they service them.
Had they informed us, we need not wait, can look for other branches, fact of the matter is they themselves don't know. Disappointing, hope they learn to empathize with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever banking experience.. in nagdevanahalli branch .Too much of delayed response in this branch..They will make us wait for hours for even minor issues..To create online banking I had to visit the bank one hour waited but no service from employees ,really it's worst how they treating customers .laziest employees I have everseen.no respect for customers.

to open account they ask me to come after a week. such a lazy and uneducated employees. many are busy with mobile phone rather than work.
our valuable tax amount spending on these useless people by paying salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All these 5 star rating are either from their staffs or their friends. Manager seems to be only talking to those who knows Hindi or English I know it's not a bad thing but atleast he should have to co-operate or show some respect to Kannada speaking people, staffs here are filled with attitude. They literally made we visit 4-5 times for creating a bank account. Hopefully SBI changes these lazy staff members filled with attitude and manager who can be co-operative with everyone not descriminating them based on what they speak and how friendly they are to him?
