★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is 3 star bcuz they don’t have server connectivity by that inconvenience many customer get disappointment. I waited for connectivity for 1 hour but I also face disappointment, I requested to branch please install a good connectivity server so customer never face inconvenience. Some customer say there is always a connectivity problem, everyone share their experience and i do same too. I m sharing my experience, i m not blaming any staff members just blaming banking services. I hope bank will take some action and reinstall a good connectivity server. Thanks for reading ??????

I know that every bank has impolite type of staff. But this bank has very exceptional type of staff.
There is no senior officer or experienced staff.
All the staff is new and only freshers.
In some way, it is good to employ new comers.
But, for banking standards, it may be a disappointment for customers.
How can we ask anything to staff? They also don't know anything.
There, Manager is also idler.
He always denies any requests or queries of customers.
Other banks are far better than this bank branch.

Atm remains open on bank holidays.
