★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and worst experience I ever have had in my life ..This Branch of Hdfc should be awarded with Loot and Scam award..They have no love and respect for their customers and employees of this branch frauds customers with fake and false policies with uncleared instructions just to meet their targets given by management..I am sick of these morons and soon will request to withdraw my account..I would suggest everyone not to take the services of this branch if you don’t want to regret.

The Saint's wisdom
Kandagupta was a famous saint. He lived in the outskirts of Maninagar which was the capital of Manipur Kingdom. There were very few who did not know about the wisdom of Kandagupta. He was also known for his fortune telling.
Maniraj who was the king of Manipuri came to know of the feats of Kandagupta. He wanted to pay respect to this great saint. So, he invited Kandagupta to his palace.
When Kandagupta arrived, Maniraj welcomed him and offered him a seat. Then, the king asked the saint to tell something about his feature from his horoscope.
After a keen observation into the king’s horoscope, Kandagupta started telling the future boons to be blessed upon the king. The king was so happy. He kept on rewarding the saint with gold and silver for every boon told by Kandagupta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like the way staff treated to there customers as I gave five star rating to you eariler and I thinks that was my mistake don't even deserves 1star the way some of bank staff members it talk to customers .they talk rouldy and also if I ask clarify something thing about work she revert very bad way . as per me I think customer comes to your if your dealing with customer is good .so ask you members to talk to there customers beeter way as off now my experience with few of you member is very bad

I find the good reviews on this page are posted by illiterate employees only
From last 25 days I have requested this bank for a name change which could get done till now
But u go to this branch and say I want a life insurance or u want a FD
Staff will start licking ur shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Wish I could provide ZERO rating if there was any. Employees of this branch are taking this bank to YES bank's pathway. No one in this BANK is wiling to work. I went there to get my accounts converted to NRO, It has been almost 1.5 years, these guys did not even take a step forward. Employees of this branch are just cheating customers by forcing them to invest in policies without briefing details about policy. And manager of this branch is supporting their employees in such bad deeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience, such a pathetic service by RS Tower branch. Staff don't even bother to provide any kind of support. This is 2nd time repeated issue, post getting assurance of good service by thier seniors. Even other branch near Golden temple provides very good services although we are not a customer of this site.
Will not recommend to any one specialy RS Tower HDFC site ?
