★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience in Vashi branch... My first day. Long queues... One cash counter... Disrespectful lady cashier and who talks low grade... Spent almost 2 hours for 20minute work.... No security guard... The bank is left vulnerable.... People moving around lost. It's a nationalised bank with poor standards...
We just cannot be rude to anyone, let alone our customers. But the behaviour in the branch is a cause for concern for the bank. I request the management to send communication to all branches to conduct a customer survey and the findings will be very alarming. It pains me to see the grievances of our customers who are not even known to me but except airing my views I am helpless to see that their genuine grievances are redressed immediately.
