β β β β β Wrost bank in india and i think worst staff at all branches. Customer care number will never work. if u will have any issue it will not be get solved .
Dont open account in such worst bank.
and seriosly operating hour to subhan alla hai!!!1 kisike sath match hi nahi hoga.....upar se saturday offffff ....

β β β β β Central location in city, hence accessible from all sides. But less staff than expected, staff is always busy.
Passbook printing machines frequently go down and ATM machine frequently goes down, ATM machine gives RS 500 or 2000 notes, not RS 200 note.
Steps are too high to climb and short, so when walking down the steps, we had to be careful.
Bank premises is frequently crowded with public.

β β β β β Panvel BOI Branch is completely hopeless.
Not worth the minus star. Staff is extremely inappropriate. They don't know the exact answers and don't co-operate. Each time you are confused by different information. Cannot work properly at Panvel Branch. It takes 2-3 rounds for a task.
Not getting a good response. Nobody will come back to this Bank again. Completely hopeless. I WON'T GO HERE AGAIN. There is a lot of annoyance of these people.

β β β β β Tried calling a whole day but no one received the call, it's a working day, but they will never receive even a single call, e-mail reply is myth, it's almost 1 month now & no reply received.
Such a pathetic service, visited nearby branch of Bank of India and they suggest to visit original branch from where account was opened,
so for a small query I shall travel 300+ km to Mumbai from Surat?

β β β β β Thug bank of India... They imply their own rules.. anytime in the middle they will tell abut some bizzare thing like stick a photo do kyc and then only you will get your money ..account scheme was even changed....non cooperative staff ... Don't at all go for it ...
