★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good medical centre here you will find all the medicines and a 24×7 service just you need to know there shutter if no one responds you. It accepts all payments methods all cards all wallets and UPI transactions. Even they return medicines when not used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, this store has their own set of policies unlike all other chains of wellness stores.Very unpleasant and dissatisfying behavior by the staff. They clearly don't deserve to be the part of wellness Forever chain. Visited Wellness Forever branch for buying medicines. I traveled this place from kalamboli during the lockdown because there was 1specific medicine which was available only in this store in panvel, kalamboli and ulwe region stores. I regularly buy medicines from Wellness stores around city like new panvel, shivaji chowk, kalamboli, ghatkopar, thane powai and many other outlets where ever I am during my field works.
All the stores offer upfront discount or if I tell.them I have discount at you store they offer it to me immediately. Most of the times I buy medicines worth 2000-2500/- in single bill.
But when I asked for my regular discount the executive on the counter denied it. He said you are not registered, so I asked him to register me and get the discount done but again he denied saying that you won't get it here. So I confirmed wether I am wellness store or something else, he said its different than other stores and he will not give me any discount, I had prescription of around 5 medication but I just purchased only 1 that was not available in 5 store in panvel region if wellness branches. I came to kalamboli to buy rest of the medicines.
Being a loyal customer and purchasing meds worth 6-7k month for past 3 years now expects some loyalty and respect as well.
Store to be rated as 0(zero). Not a wellness forever store to be visited.
Requesting Wellness Forever management to look into it as they are spoiling your name in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This medical is always very crowded and the staff doesn't seem to be experienced. For a single uncommon medicine they take much more time and your patience is put to test. I've had a bad experience here. Whenever I approached this medical to buy medicines, either I had to wait too long or sometimes even after waiting for long time, the answer comes negative. Above that, after waiting for so long, they will come up suggesting you to buy the products associated with the kind of illness you have depending upon your medicine that you are purchasing here.
