I went to the branch, the security says it's never been open on Sundays for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ whenever I call bank , staff who receive call always say call after some time . He never has solution for my query . Every time I need to call bank at least 4 times to get through proper reply . Whenever called 2nd time operator keep my phone on hold or do not talk. Its really irritating . Bank manager says they dont get email when same cc email is received by me or my husband next second . They just dont want to do their jobs . I dont know how this bank run with such lazy staff and who dont know their jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service, poor and inefficient staff. U'll die following up but will never receive a reply on email. My experience is about Homeloan, they will not give u repayment schedule, no details of amount reduction or reduce in tenure details after reducing the interest rate as per RBI policy. It's been 2 years of my loan and they hv not yet uploaded my claim for PMAY subsidy whereas my frnds has got the subsidy amount within 4 months from their loan (from icici and hdfc bank). Despite paying all the emi's on time this bank has sent a request for emi debit for 2nd time to my bank in the same month which got bounced bcz of low funds and I hv been charged 600 by my bank. When I hv questioned this to BOI they were not answerable. In the current situation of Covid where we cannot reach bank for all the small queries, this bank lacks advancement.
