★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience for my haircut. Told on the phone I want someone senior who has experience for cutting front bangs. They told Akshay will do. Some one called Mals took me in for the haircut.After giving him my reference photo of the past he has cut it so short. Midway across my forehead making me look like a Japanse / Chinese school girl.. No sense of the hair length to maintain. Then to pacify came in the head. How can you magically grow the already cut short hair?? Again cut it from the side to somehow rectify the front scenario. Wouldn't even recommend people to go in to this place..

treatment & used an expensive brand of serum. When I asked what it would totally cost before application was told ₹1700/- but billed me for ₹2950/- when done saying 1700/-was only for the serum. This is outright cheating! Disgusted as you are out only to make money. Client satisfaction doesn't count at all. Never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrich salon of KEMPS CONER OUTLET is one of the most pathetic and disorganized location. The counter staff dipti and her senior both of them believed in NOT BEING A GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL towards their Job's. After talking with them I am not at all surprised that the Values of Company is Only Referral to MAKING MONEY LIKE GOLD DIGGERS. PICE OF ADVICE KEEP STAFF WHO GENUINELY CARES FOR CUSTOMERS AND NOT BLAB ABOUT IT. WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT TEAM READS AND CALLS BACK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my daughter’s hair wash and hair cut but professionally wasn’t good enough , felt very basic . Salons charging rupees 200 are better off. My daughter was really upset. 4.5 rating is just hyped up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Enrich Kemps Corner since the inception. (roughly 12 years) My relationship with the brand is possibly more than the collective work experience of the staff.
However my latest experience was absolutely horrifying. In November of 2021, I did a QOD treatment. Which went off fine. This is a hair treatment which was pushed my the stylist to do, (also more expensive hence it gets pushed to customers). Nonetheless, this was done, and results were decent. Last week (Mid March of 2022) - I went for a smoothening touch up. Within 5 minutes of the application of the creme, my hair strands in the applied sections started breaking. Immediately the creme was removed. However the damage had been done to the applied section. I have lost a huge volume of hair.
Upon discussion, I was later informed that after a QOD treatment, smoothening cannot be done. Why was I not informed beforehand? Apparently experienced stylists need to be aware of such a basic fact.
I then spoke to the 'Manager'. Someone at the front desk by the name of Aaron. He then tells me to take fusio doses at my personal expense to repair the damage. Apparently I required 5-6, each costing roughly 2k. Zero remorse on his side, and instead blamed my hair to be weak. When in fact it was a blunder by them. They should have advised to not go for the treatment or at the VERY least, do a strand test.
My hair was not weak, a week later, I was told by another Enrich branch that it was the combination of QOD with smoothening which broke the strands. It was not the hair being weak.
I urge customers to not listen to stylists blindly, do your own research and don't fall for marketing gimmicks. And @enrich, please train your staff better, and teach the front desk staff to handle relationships better. Today, this brand has lost 4 customers, that of my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s unfortunate that I need to write a bad review but after repeated use of the salon services and witnessing no improvement in the overall functioning im forced to resort to this. To put it simply - the most unprofessional salon in the city. The Kemps Corner branch has highly arrogant front desk staff. They keep customers waiting even after booking an appointment. Not a single one of the stylists have any kind of senior experience. The hotline staff also cannot manage bookings properly. Even after repeated complaints, no changes are ever incorporated. Eyebrow shaping is done terribly, basic things like removing oil from the hair post shampoo can’t be handled. All in all, do not visit this salon unless you want a terrible beauty experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t write bad reviews. But enrich has constantly been disappointing with their service for the last 5 times that I visited. The front desk doesn’t really care. They randomly hike up prices. Even for home services. After years of visiting I still can’t say if there is even one good stylist there.
I had specifically taken appointment for three services today. And out of the three only one was done and rest was not cared for. After asking them five times they said oh we are over booked , even after taking an appointment prior.
Also please think twice before taking a membership at enrich. Am already regretting. Totally not worth it.
