★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is just spacious and well spaced near Goregaon station. The staff is good and helpful. It is one of the good BOI branches I've come across. Also has an attached ATM, which is mostly clean and has cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big bank. Nice ambience and aircondition. Staff always busy. Place is always congested and crowded. ATM. Passbook printing machine, cash deposit machine etc don't work all the time. Bug que every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite surprised to experience good service and polite conduct unlike the Ballard Estate branch which is actually a hopeless branch in terms of customer service. This is a relatively good staffed with manners to deal with all kind of customers. Nice, keep it up. Most of your staff from your other branches need to take a lesson of politeness and customer service. (Ballard Estate).

Waited for half an hour even after lunch break for the person to come, and after that he just talked very rude ! The only question he asked was do you have an account over here, I told no but i want to make one and for now i just want details about education loan. He rudely said go to the bank where you have account. Don't wait here...
If this is the way BOI employees talk to people in need, why should we even have an account over there???
Useless rude people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is not aware of its own card services, the chief manager is absolutely incapable of solving or understanding any query. This branch is a shame on a nationalised bank with such an old history. They have no sense of customer handling.
Do not suggest doing any buiseness with this branch.
