★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bank Of India Is always Best.but this Branch is very Bad this is my Today's experience, I want my Account statement But when I reached the bank at 10 in the morning, Ms.Sana who gives the information about the statement was not there. When I asked her colleague about giving the statement I got wrong information about rate of account statement.when I am going to print my passbook but more than a week the passbook print service is also not available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't even want to give the first star, but I wouldn't have been able to continue with the review. I used to think that the bank branch was gloomy because of the interior, but it's actually because of the employees working there. Constantly snappy and irritated, as if the customers are the reason their day isn't going well. On top of that, they're more irresponsible and unprofessional than a ten year old. Every time I am asked to go to a certain counter for a form, the person sitting there throws their hands up and claims that I've come to the wrong counter. Sending me to another counter, the person sitting there sends me back to the previous counter. After three or four times of going back and forth, the people at both the counters start arguing between themselves instead of just handing me the form. Ridiculous and childish.

Employee called MRS AROLE argues why you are opening account here go some other place. Worst lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Its been 3 months that I have applied for my debit card still haven't received it also they are not providing me with the reference number. Staff is very rude arrogant and never tries to help the customer from their side. Even the girl who helps the staff has alot of attitude for no reason. Seriously their service is slower than a tortoise. No importance of customers in this branch. WORST BRANCH!
