I went to open an account there, they did it within a minute and really helped me a lot in opening my bank account. And the way of speaking is very nice and in pleasing way. I love this bank. It have got nice atmosphere too.
It's located at milk colony, very near for Orion mall at Yeshwantpur.

I have done the wrong NEFT to bank of India milk colony branch customer, I had visited the bank and given the written consent to reverse the amount, it's been almost 2 week, I haven't got my money back. Staff is very good and they are kind too while interacting, however the process is very slow and bit complicated.. these kind of issues can be resolved over phone but they do ask you to visit brank dispute of all the things, I had to wait for week's and still waiting for refund :-(
ITS been 2+ months still manager is telling me that don't worry you'll get your money back !
