But the staffs are so arrogant that their behaviour is so irrelevant that they won't help customers to use banking services and to OPEN an New Account.
Even though the customers has proper I'd proofs, Address proofs and all required basic stuffs to open a new account.
I visited to this place on 17th of July with my friend, with all required documents to open a new account.
I was carrying Pan card, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter I'd and Electricity bill.
I took all the documents near SBI INTOUCH staff who checks & verify the documents.
Everything was rite but that person refuse to open a new account.
When I asked him the reason he was not answering properly.
Later he got a call and he was speaking for morethan 20-25min.
He was much interested in credit card stuffs.
My humble request to The Senior Manager of SBI INTOUCH (WTC) Please provide a staffs those who has helping nature. Not the one who are arrogant and people who is busy with their personal life.

I went and checked this service, Security has informed it has been shifted to Malleshwaram, then I went to Mantri mall and checked I wonder there also has closed. But, still when we searching in internet it showing these two places. Please remove this add, do not bluff the people.
Very worst information is getting by Google also.
Google has to cross check these type of information frequently......otherwise public will become fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has ATMs and deposit machine. Also bank on supporting account opening and others. But not a full fledged bank as other think of. Very helpful staff. Useful for WTC is employees. Paid parking available at MLCP.
