★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the current manager doesn't know to speak English. When I visited branch for Opening SB account they given me an application form and told the min bal is 3000 Rs for opening an account.so I sat and filled all application forms attached all proofs off mine and went towards Manager to submit. He directly rejected the form saying we can't accept these form as you have to open through online only. I asked is it mandatory through online. He said yes... If this is the case, they should have informed be before while they giving me the application form so that my time would have consumed.. and what about people who are illiterate and want to open an account in your branch.?? Bad Treatment.... I left the branch immediately then...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such a worst service in any of SBI branches. They could not solve issue with ATM card for my wife. Recently they misplaced my PPF application & they couldn't locate it. One lady at counter doesn't even ready to listen to customers. Lot of confusion among the staff about process/transactions. Probably new manager has to repair many things over there (he is good & tries to understand the issue, but we can't go to him for each & everything)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI Sanjaynagar Branch address is No.12, Shardha Plaza, Sanjay Nagar Main Rd, Ashwath Nagar, Bengaluru,560094. Service is ok. Address not updated in website, passbooks, cheque leaves even after 3 years after shifting to new address.

No value for customers time and because of their mistake and lack of knowledge they make customer wait for long time. Worst service. For 5 minutes of work, people should sacrifice their whole day of work and sit in bank. Such a pathetic service they provide
