I personally visited their Bangalore storage warehouse and found it to be absolutely safe and secured .The waterproofing and dustproofing done by them after stacking my household goods was just spectacular . Their front office team was also very helpful and addressed all my queries very patiently . Would definitely recommend their services.

One of the most professional Packers and movers/storage service I’ve ever come across!
Even though moving my stuff to a storage facility is a first, Storedge services made it seem hassle free.
Right from the time they came to my home..took proper care and time to pack all the items (dust and waterproofing to place it in storage) to getting all the stuff down to the vehicle was so professional.
As soon as my belongings were placed in the storage later that day - as promised they sent me the photos and videos of my package/consignment.
Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future and recommend them to anyone I know.

I contacted various companies but freezed on StoreEDge mainly due to their pricing, responsiveness and safety of my belongings. I visited their warehouse the very next day after my inquiry. All the stuff was properly arranged and stacked. Facility was also very clean and secure. In less than a week I was through with the entire process. Great experience! 18 Months ago I have given 5 star rating when my things are packed and sent to StoreEdge warehouse. All work done by Agarwal Packers and Movers.
On April 10th,2022 my things are safely delivered back to Chennai from Bangalore. Again shipment was completely done by Agarwal packers and movers which includes loading, unloading and unpacking.
Now lets talk about my experience while retrieval from store edge:
I called retrieval team to take back my things and confirmed over the email. StoreEdge team replied back with the quotation which includes transport charges (remember this), loading, unloading, unpacking, risk charges and surchage.
I have negotiated to some amount and agreed to pay.
Few hours later, I have received invoice from Agarwal packers for earlier said transport charges amount which already includes loading, unloading, unpacking, risk charges and surcharge.
I was in hurry and middle of something, after seeing invoice immediately I have called StoreEdge and asked them that transport charges already includes (as per Agarwal packers invoice) loading, unloading, unpacking, risk charges and surcharge and why should I pay again.
They have replied that there are other charges as well for which I will receive another invoice. I have requested to issue single detailed invoice for the amount I agreed to pay.For this invoice I have called them almost 4 to 5 times and waited all day long and they kept telling me "YOU WILL GET IT BY EOD", but never received despite of calls and all emails I sent.
I still haven't received.
On April 10th,2022, I have received my things and couple of carton boxes bitten by rats and juicer's wiring was damaged and few kitchen towels were also bitten by rats.So pest control is not taken care by StoreEdge properly. All other items are intact(I should thank to Agarwal Packers).
So, finally I had to pay twice for loading, unloading, unpacking, risk charges and surcharge (How stupid I am?).
By the way transport charges are 60% of what i paid, which means I paid 40% extra to StoreEdge for doing nothing.
Please be careful while retrieving, they will try to loot you.

I like StoreEdge's commitment. Everything went well as per the discussion. Packing team was on time and had done great job. All the items were taken care flawlessly. But had to wait for the transportation vehicle to arrive for the items pickup. At the end packing team expects an expensive tip.
