★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Don't go for these people. Very unprofessional and inexperienced people. They never visited my place to do any assessment. Just showed up on the day of moving with less people and smaller truck. Then charged me extra for additional shuttle distance (distance between my flat to main gate, where the truck was) almost 30% more. Also for additional vehicle. No sense of timing. It took them more than 7 hours to comple the loading. And by the time of un-loading it was late and they just dumped all the boxes and left.
They broke the corner of my bed. Made my white mattress dirty. Half the items were packed in my boxes because they did not get enough boxes.
They didn't have any clue how to optimally load and keep things. It was all trial and error. See the attached picture. There was always a group discussion with how to keep each item. They started 10 in the morning and finished 1 AM in the night. With just 30 mins transport.
They will assign you a service manager but they will never pickup your phone. I called them 3 times to come and assess the amount of luggage but no one listened. They will only call you for payment.
The people on site were blaming happy locate for mis management. And the people on call will blame the people on ground (delivery partner).
Be aware of their services. Go with local movers and packers. I have moved many times but this was the worst experience. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used happy locate service for relocating from Bangalore to Chennai.. Pretty good service they provided 3 different feasible options to make a choice. The vendors who did the service did a neat and quick job.. certain areas of improvement would be the dismantling and assembling products could have been packed in the same box along with the nuts and bolds while unpacking we had to run around to find for it. Other than that everything was very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome ,timely and flawless service. Reasonable prices and a perfect one stop shop for any type of relocation. A huge thanks to Prakhar, Vaibhav and vaisakh for always being in touch with me throughout the relocation process. I moved my stuff from Hyderabad to Bangalore and even got a great offer from happylocate to store my stuff in a warehouse for 6 months. I could not ask for a more reasonable and a perfect company that took care of my end to end relocation. All reimbursement related docs were also provided directly via email and online account. I would give 10/10 for their awesome service. Must recommend for any type of movement you need. Thanks Happylocate for suggesting best package per my need. The guys who came for packing and loading stuff were too good and polite. They would do the packing exactly the way you want. I can keep going on writing my review as there are hundred good things about Happylocate relocation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my electronic appliances were broken.. there is literally dent everywhere …all my glass crockery were broken.. a lot of furniture were broken.. they did try to repair the furniture through easyfix later.
However, I will never recommend them.

My experience was horrible.
Most of my good were damaged and we (me and my wife) have tried to call/connect with their executives but they have kept our no in their blocklist.
Additionally no mail reply on complains.
Never ever trust these fellows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience. Team reached 2 hours early. Everything went smooth. Ritesh and Israr did a fantastic job coordinating with us and the team. Keep it up. The packing material could have been better. But overall no damages. Team knew how to handle everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic fraudsters. Don't go for them if you value peace of mind and your possessions. It was a nightmare. They quote less and later after your stuff are on the way will ask additional money. Totally unprofessional and stuff was damaged and insurance of 9000 more taken but no insurance provider. Due to poor loading of smaller items first bigger items could not be packed. Later despite promise of sending it simultaneously we had to wait and follow up 8 days, pay additional 5000 rs to get activa and temple back. One person will speak nicely and later he won't respond..first they will quote less and later threatened to hold stuff unless we pay more. So my bit to warn you all to not lose your peace by hiring these scamsters who don't even give list of items or proper signed invoice..

This fraud happy locate 3rd party fraud has the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life.
Hello all.
After being charged over 50% on top of the original quote after happy locate fraud picked my belongings up, my nightmare with happy locate is not over.
I am Writing a review to share my experience with happy locate the scammers who eat money of people.
My shipment was scheduled for delivery in January 2022, when I was moving in to my new house.
They will tell you premium packing A 3 layer packaging was done which too failed to prevent the dent pathetic packing complete fraud they have done.
Had a major dent and damage on the front which took me 68000 for the repairs.
Puneet - their sales guy told that it would be covered in insurance but from 1 month nothing happened and after 100 calls he will not listening.
Their management Mr.Naren are there is a one lady they all are real cheater and very slow and sweet poison. The company is absolutely fake, fraudsters, cheaters. Initially they will speak good and win your trust but beware guys.
Kindly never trust this FAKE happy locate packers and movers infact they are not the company they are the 3rd party fraud company even they do not have proper trucks to transport.
If you ever consider moving your belongings from this fraud company happy locate, kindly double check, triple check the terms and conditions and do not trust the sales person blindly, this is what I learnt with this.
I generally do not write any reviews but this had too be reported so that people are aware.
