★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It dosen't deserve even half star actually.The lady at the information desk named Sangita reacts very aggressively on minor mistakes from the clients.Not at all helpful.Don't want to visit this branch anymore.it's doesn't suit to the reputation of one of the biggest public sector bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's useless going to this bank. The staff is not at all helpful. They senior lady at the cash counter is very rude and agressive. You have to wait for no less than 45mins to get your work done. The staff seem like they are just not interested.

N They Are Sitting Iside And Saying Bank is close because of loss of internet connectivity & At The Same Tym They Have Full Connection of internet at the next Door of atm ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that this branch has one of the friendliest staff who do everything to help you but it has, hands-down, one of the worst Management system in place.
God knows if the manager knows what is even going on, one has to wait for over 45 mins to get cash, ovwr-crowded, not enough facilities, token caller doesn't work, out of 4 only 2 cash counters work (when I visited they had a notice out that their staff is busy with election duty but this has been going on since a long time).
So in-short the management is slow hence incompetent in identifying that the customer needs and volume had increased but services have not increased accordingly.
It's 2020 almost and I hope this changes soon!
