★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Bank of India" is always known for its seamless banking service and applaudable customer service & relationship management. But this specific branch is indeed an exception and perhaps the worst of all. The employees are very unprofessional and lackadaisical in attitude, and often rude at times. The "Lindsay Street" branch is sustaining till date, only because of its locational advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parhetic and incompetent employees at Bank of India Lindsay street presently who are rude to customers and behave as they are doing us favour when it is our money they are dealing with .No solutions giving to customer problems besides the Bank should functioning accordance to its stipulated timings being till 4 pm however they shut before that saying that they would follow the timings shown on their clock whether its right or wrong . I definitely think that these employees are giving Bank Of India a bad name and should be thrown out I am talking about the people who sit behind the desk at the managerial level .
