★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience ... Experienced doctors and very supportive staff .. my father was admitted at 3rd floor for 5 days. U don't care about the patient because the staff cares very well. Basic facilities like cleanliness, polite behaviour of staff, routine consultation, patient diet provided by cafeteria on the suggestion of dietician ..
I am very satisfied with their services.

Long story short they admitted my father from emergency and referred/sent to other diagnostics centre in ambulance for echo test without any support of attendent from hospital. The diagnostics centre didn't even have elevators to take upstairs for test. Moreover then I got to know that test would not be conducted in that timings for echo tests are only conducted in the morning. Ok..on return to hospital ambulance first went to market to buy fruits and then dropped doctor at her home. Ok reached back to hospital and reveeived bill of over 11000 for 12 hours of worst services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are taking worst decision of your life if you are admitting yourself in this hospital. Worst hospital ever. All reviews are fake. Patient was admitted in ICU. No monitoring. No concern regarding patient. No doctor available regarding covid. Still they are having so many beds for covid. It's better if your patient stays at home rather than this hospital. Regarding vaccination also, no monitoring. This hospital is worst of all in delhi and still showing the best hospital in delhi. Staff behaviour is rude.

I got admitted in this hospital because I have not got empty bed for corona anywhere else. But this is my worst decision of my life ever.
Admitting too many patients but they don't have staff for them.
No treatment process whatsoever.
You have to tell them everytime to give medicines.
Staff are so damn rude even if you are senior citizens.
Even you have to wait for water for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class hospital.. doctors not available.. ICU cleaning is soo bad.. room is available but so much dirt and tabacco split.. on reception sometime staff is available sometime not. Accounts/TCP department is too late to respond any query that received from insurance.
Really bad experience and advise everyone instead of this hospital government hospital is much better.
