★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the attendant of patient name sudha having bed number 1528 got admitted into the hospital for hernia surgery done by doctor chandresh gupta and the surgery was done with utmost care. Moreover the staff here in the after care unit in the ward was very good from hospitality to nurses each and every services which I received was really commendable and appreciated. One can expect a good care of his or her patient at this hospital.

Nursing staff Ms Sonia Sindhu was very helpful, took good care and responded well to patient requests. She was fluent in her work without any snags and have a polite nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your wife in family way and want to plan for your family, then Max Hospital is a great option for you, here I thank Gynaecologist HOD Dr Seema Jain & her team members for the great and professional work, there were many complications in my wife's pregnancy like High BP, low amino fluids and Increase uric acid , after such complications Dr. Seema Jain performed Normal Delivery thats an example of professional treatment and procedure. We are very thankful for the same.
I want to appreciate great behaviour of Security staff, they are very professional and upto the mark.
I also want to place my greetings towards Housekeeping staff especially Neha & others for all facilitation.

The amount of love and empathy that sisters are shown in ICU and normal ward is commendable. She felt someone dearest one was taking care of her during her stay at the hospital. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My patient admitted 4 days back ,at the initial days everything was just normal but less then expectation bcoz it is max super speciality not a nursing home as lack of willingness to do tests in night by radiology staff / doctor ,i dont wana mention his name but it was very bad attitude towards his duty and few more things due to that my patient suffers which was a bad experience ...
But after first day when i raised complaint and came in contact with DYNAMIC FLOOR MANAGER 6th FLOOR

WHO WERE SO HELPFUL ,KIND AND VERY DEDICATED TOWARDS HER WORK AND DUTY .....SHE MADE US FEEL SO COMFORTABLE AND PROVIDE US EASE ON OUR EVERY ISSUE ,REALLY A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY SHE IS .....DUE TO HER AND HER UNDER CONTROLLED STAFF WE WERE REALLY SATISFIED AND DISCHARGED HAPPILY TODAY....5 STARS I GIVE TO HOSPITAL ONLY BCOZ OF DEAR POOJA KAPOOR....?
