★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience.had to wait for 2 hours even after taking appointment.doctor is busy gossiping on phone keeping patients waiting.doctor performs sonography while talking on the phone.receptionist asks for 800 bucks for immediate consultancy.would have rated in negative if I would have an option to do so . And the all 5 star rating and good reviews in the google are all paid reviews maybe by Medical representatives and people known to her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best maternity hospital with excellent doctor named TARU CHHAYA. This hospital is far much better in terms of service. If you ask me to choose from luxury hospital or BANSAL HOSPITAL, I would choose BANSAL HOSPITAL because of DOCTOR TARU CHHAYA. Recommended for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is the best hospital in the Shyam Nagar Area. Dr. Sharat(I don't know the spelling, sorry :P) Bansal, is a wonderful doctor. He is available at the hospital most of the time. The hospital has good infrastructure, the nurses are very helpful and caring. All the staff is very friendly. You don't have to wait long for an appointment. Cheers :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Taru Chhaya is the worst doctor of all times. she almost killed my wife by letting her in post delivery cardiac arrest. my wife had a cardiac arrest post delivery due to excessive bleeding which she couldn't identify well in time and things got worse. my wife was on ventilator for 15 days and doctors lost all hopes to save her. she is totally careless towards her profession and doesn't take responsibility for her patients. if you want your baby and wife safe please don't visit her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr Taru Chaya since the past 32 years.
She has delivered my baby and my daughters twins.
When my daughter was pregnant we had the option to get the baby delivered in any of the big hospitals, but the amount of faith we have in Dr Chaya made sure that she only delivers the children of my daughter.
She has lead with example in such difficult covid times as well.
I have never known a doctor who will go to the lengths she goes to care for her patients.
I have full faith in her and I highly recommend her to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a great place once but now Wish I could give 0 start to this cynical place full of frivolous people.
They only entertain shy and quite patients and if you ask something twice THE MADAM loose patience to patients.
They will call you after 5 days for a test report which takes 3 days to get extra fees.
Once they get famous they forget why and how they got famous.
Will never recommend it to anyone there are much better people around.
