It is necessary a copy of aadhar card and xerox shop is 1 km away from hospital .what if a single patient came and he must walk for a copy of id ?

One of best doctors i have ever seen. Super class treatment with laser technique, checkups regular and nurses available all time. Don't expect concession from doctor in your bill summary If you try then you will waste your time nothing more.

Don't even give you proper consultant. They will recommend for operation (maybe coz they earn more from it). You can be decent with patients and their family this hospital's doctor and staff need to learn that. Even for fee 500 INR our consultancy duration was merely 1 minute and Dr. Kaushik asked us to leave.

I was reeling with fever and went for visit. They charged Rs. 500 for the consultation. The Dr initially said that do blood tests which I refused and said if my problem persists, I shall do and come next day. Later he gave me 3 medicines. After walking out of the hospital I visited 4 medical shops. No one was able to identify and give me 3 rd medicine on the list. When I contacted the hospital, they said that why did I not take medicines from their pharmacy. It's entirely my choice where to buy from and responsibility of the hospital to provide medicines which are readily available. I have wasted Rs. 500 today and waiting at another Dr clinic for alternate medicine. When I spelt out the medicine, the Dr on duty said that no such medicine exists. I got call recording of the conversation.

99 percent operate hi recommend karta hai....very bad... Totally selfish... Substitute, dr. Rohit panday in apollo spectra hospital that is just 500 metres far from this hoslital....

FIRSTLY NO LINE SYSTEM . STORY BEGINS A PILES HOSPTIAL DOES NOT HAVE WASH ROOM FOR VISTING PATEINTS . Inside the hospital . बाहर जो था उसकी हालत ख़राब थी there was a old lady who could not stand , 30 mins wait करने के बाद उन्हें बोला गया आज नहीं देखेंगे । time up। जब मेरा number आया था तो बोला गया साहब पहले ADHARcard लाओ फिर रसीद , दर्द में सब करा । Staff बहुत ही rude and बतमीज था । और क्यूँ ना हो ….. Some how I got the chance to meet in last 5-10 Minutes. After physical examination dr said one thing operation Sey hee teek hoga . I asked Doctor I don’t want to get operation done . It’s my second visit, I got relief from medicines . Due to pains , I thought for a moment , I asked doctor ,do’s n DONT’S ko follow करें तो वापस तो नहीं होगा , operation के बाद । तो dr kaushik बोले बेतुका सवाल है । Dos DONTS की बाते कर रहे हो आप। मैं फिर confuse हो गया , then he said आपको विश्वास नहीं मत करवाओ । This can be cured by operation only .he said after a pause . And I seen patients THere who were talking ,it revives even after operation . so it was really confusing situation . अरे भाई I am in pain ,I will ask questions surely . Aap gussa kyun ho rahe . I paid for Covid test for the attendent also . To see doctor . And understand what he says . I said to DR ,I got relief from medicines please give me medicines , my wife was with me she tried to ask questions but he was rude with her too . But Doctors preference was to get operated. I asked again for medicines . I was already in pain , dr wrote medicines n gave very unwillingly , the assistant nurse took the paper and gave from table and said to take medicines from basement n come back . we got so annoyed with the behaviour , that we decided not to buy medicines and we just walked off . At night I again thought May be I am wrong let’s see reviews on google , when I saw reviews then was sure, I was lucky . And my decision was correct . my suggestion for free Please be polite , n calm . Patients have poor knowledge , that’s why they are patients , वरना वो Doctor नहीं बन जाते । They are in pain , so they may ask questions out of fear , poor knowledge ,.not because of distrust . One thing which really really hit my mind was They don’t want to talk about do’s n dont’s । जबकि इस बीमारी का सबसे पहला पड़ाव ही परहेज़ है । बाक़ी सब तो बाद में है । इलाज और आपरेशन ,बिना परहेज़ के successful नहीं हो सकते । If I would have been told in first visit तो शायद मुझे second visit तक काफ़ी फ़ायदा हो जाता । पूरा इलाज होने के बाद भी DOS N DONTS follow करना must है । Get well soon all । और भगवान इनको सतबुद्धि दे । सबका मंगल हो ।

Worst over hyped place with full of ill mannered staff. They charge you very high that too in CASH only . During Corona times where everyone is encouraged to use digital payments the hospital staff asked me to pay only Cash which clearly states they are Chor. Even a small shop in village using digital payment. Card machines have been working even before corona pandemic. How these Idotis don't know about Digital payment H
