★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had to deal with Bansal Sanitary. I raised query for nearest Kohler dealer with Kohler customer care and that was how I got connect with Basal Sanitary. I got multiple calls from various executive from Bansal Store, however everyone was just asking for my requirement and trying to sell their other products. Team was more kean to sell other products than Sanitary products. I asked for the quotation for my requirement however team just collected the list of items and never shared the quotation. They simply shared pricelist of the entire product line instead of sharing the exact price. Just want to share the next fraud they did. I was introduced to Mr Vikram an area manager for Kohler Sales team , and he introduced me as a Kohler employee and he assured me to help in in getting these products directly from Kohler ; he collected the requirement and then assured
to share the quotation however after getting the details Mr Vikram did not respond back to me for manly days though many reminders. Later he routed me to Bansal Sanitary Store saying that they will provide the quotation. After few days of delay Bansal Sanitary team called me to share the requirement again and assured me to share the quotation in 1 day. Later they told me that Quotation is with their manager (Mr Vikram) and he will share the same. I tried to reach out to Mr Vikram however he didn't show any courtesy to even respond back. I am still very doubtful how this Store is in the market and how can Kohler India can deal with such unprofessional and misleading staff. I have high expectation with Kohler 's product however being interacting with such unprofessional vendors. I would recommend not to visit this store if you want to have a fair and professional service. I wish I had avoided this interaction to save my valuable time and energy.

Bought seat from one of dealer on manimajra no after sales support no toll free number working dealers resuse to give spare parts or after sales service company does not provider spares in open market. Worst ever company and dealer network to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got Fenesta Doors and Windows installed at out house in Chandigarh recently. The Dealer was Bansal Sanitary Manimajra. It was expensive compared to other options, however, we went ahead thinking it is a brand and there would not be any issues..A Mistake!
1. The order was supposed to be delivered in 45 Days..we got it after 120 Days.
2. The technician sent to install told us they have sent wrong size for one of the bay windows. We had to break and replaster the main wall in order to FIT their size.
3. After fitting, despite numerous requests, NO CHECK was done to ensure there is no leakage, etc. And the 1st rains spoiled all our freshly painted walls as the windows were leaking.
4. The service people were called again. They graciously came and did the repairs. Next rain came and it was again the same scenario. Leakage.
5. The main door was not fit properly. The lock did not work and it creaked while opening and closing. We complained to the dealer and the company. It has been 3 months. No Response !
I strongly recommend going for other options and another dealer who can give a good product and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have wide range of sanitary equipment and other construction related items like upvc windows of finesta brand. The premium quality bath room fittings and modular kitchen set ups. I found modular kitchen rates on higher side during my visit. Also the finesta windows delivery periods were about 50 days after the confirmation of order and final measurements of cavities quite a long period.
