★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say the service was at its worst. I ordered almost everything for my 3 BHK flat from Sehgal Sanitations, however I am feeling like being deceived by this deal. Initially Mr. Sandeep (My contact person in Sehgal Sanitations) faked as very professional and punctual. They asked me to pay 100% in advance as per their policy, however the 1st shipment was incomplete which was never shared with me. Post receiving the shipment I realized that few items (9 items in total) were missing. When I raised this concern with Mr. Sandeep he took almost 3 weeks to deliver the remaining stuff, however 3 items were still didn't deliver and 4 items proved as incompatible with my inner fitting. For undelivered 3 items I had to chase him at least 3 more weeks continuously, however at the end Mr. Sehgal showed his inability to deliver that item. So he were sitting on some extra cash which he had already charged me but he did not deliver that product. In this case it took me endless reminders/calls and even reference of police complain to got my extra paid amount. Mr. Sandeep showed no attention and professionalism to arrange the money refund, moreover he was so casual on every interaction like don't worry I will not run away. Now I am trying to replace 4 items which were shipped to me but not compatible with the already installed fittings, though I have already reached out to Sehgal Sanitations at least 20 times, however they are just serving me one hope, we will get back to you in 30 minutes from last 3 weeks.
So please save your hard earned money and please DO NOT deal with Sehgal Sanitations if you really Don't want to get into a endless change and endless wait for your already paid shipment. Worst experience

I really liked the Rose gold thermostat, electric seat covers for seat with remote.
Woah luxury at its highest.
