★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance is excellent but all confusion starts once you start living here. They charge you extra for all other amenities I.e Gym, Swimming pool with non refundable condition of membership charges of Rs 3000 and monthly charges of Rs 500/- only from tenants. Maintainance charges are separate of approx Rs 2900/- PM. Average rent is 15000 + Maintainance + other charges. And that's make very rent. If to pay 18000/- then one must also check with Trident Galaxy & Vipul Garden. No additional charges for other amenities, all charges are under maintainance only. Peace of mind stay in return.
