★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service standard, all the staffs. Speed post counter was empty until 10.30 am without any office staff. Don’t care attitude towards customers, which is totally disappointing. The way of talking to the elderly persons, is like no respect at all. My question is whether really they are educated enough to fit into the positions where they are presently? On the whole ambience is disgusting to Baranagar post office. I still remember my childhood experience where that time, all post office staffs showed huge respect to the elderly persons and goes extra mile to help them in any corners. Now situation is totally worse and not at all remarkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & Okay with accessibility . But poor service and non friendly behavior of the executives ruins the experience. Any kind of digital service is not available in Baranagar branch , you have to reach other branches like ALAMBAZAR & SOVABAZAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ....... I always received my monthly magazine in folded condition with opened envelope which clearly indicate that somebody opened the envelope. After that many issues of the ordered magazine are not delivered to me for a long time and when I went there to complain their staffs misbehaved and denied to inform what happened, also denied to give the name of the postmaster. The magazine company informed me that they are suspecting the Baranagar post office for stealing the magazines. DON'T RELY THE STAFFS OF THE POST OFFICE.
