★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys on the counter don't even read and try to understand what's mentioned in Savings account application form being submitted to them. Instead they question and ask customers to produce undertakings which is beyond the India Post policies and regulations.
The worst part comes here when a lady asked me to sign on blank paper and submit to them without any specific reason. I request the concerned government authorities to please judge on this issue
What a poor & pathetic service by this post office ?
