β β β β β I practiced here for three years.now it is changed a lot.the ambience is much better and cleaned. The administration did great job to take care of this Hospital. The round park inside this Hospital is beautiful.all speciality doctors are available round the clock.people from all the corners of west Bengal are benefitted by the service of this Hospital.

β β β β β I was born here and know this place since my childhood. It is a district government hospital giving free treatment to thousands of patients regularly. Barasat Hospital always has the reputation to housing some of the best government doctors in the state. It has excellent facility in healthcare.
Though there are various grounds of improvement such as expansion and maintenance of medical equipment and cleanliness, still one must understand the complex government support it needs to do that.
With right support this hospital will be able to provide excellent medical services to lots of economically backward people for decades.

β β β β β I was very disappointed wid the tremendous rough behaviour of the deputy super as I went for help for my ongoing consumer court case wid medeclaim company as they didn't pay my hospital bill.l am seeking for alternative discharge paper, and I am simply shocked...I was admitted on 24th May 2021...at the peak of second wave...I was suspected covid patient...no treatment was given to me....at last I was admitted in a private nursing home in the midnight of 28th...I was in ICU for 8 days...my mediclaim case needs the paper ...and he doesn't want to listen to me, and was shouting on me...very disappointed

β β β β β worst experience in this hospital with my pregnancy.....rude and over illiterate staffs and nursrs.... inhyginic area with no proper treatment....never expected this type of govt hospital in westbengal.... very dissapointed...

β β β β β It's a government hospital, totally free service available. Ambience is quite crowded, over all treatment is good & behaviour of doctors, nurses, staffs okay as we know.

26/07/2021-- I got 2nd doses for my parents.
Below 60 years vaccine is available through slot booking in Cowin website.
