Barbeque Nation - Greater Noida

Got my hands on bbq in a box from here. And must say if you are craving for some kebabs and main course and desserts at the comfort of your home then u must try this. I ordered both veg and non veg box. Packaging was 10/10 maintaining all safety precautions and hygiene. It had 4 starters, 1 salad, 3 main course items, 2 breads and 3 desserts. The meal is sufficient for 3 people. The taste and aroma was too good of all the dishes. Desserts were piping hot and the best were the gulab jamuns. I really loved my complete experience ?

Horrible barbecue nation branch. Ordered online from UCB barbeque nation. Had ordered 3 butter naan. What i got is burnt and inedible naan. Totally pathetic. This is my second such a bad experience from gaur city branch.

I ordered Chicken Tikka & Drumstick platter and Veg BBQ platter. In Chicken Tikka & Drumstick platter the chicken tikka pieces were not soft and were very hard not chewable. Tandoori Chicken Tangdi were also very hard not soft and were not easily chewable. While crispy corn and spices tomato were good in taste. In Veg platter Paneer tikka, Crispy Corn, Veggie Finger, Cheesy triangle, BBQ Pineapple and Gulab Jamun were awesome in taste and up to the mark.

The buffet dinner was wholesome and tasted good. Lots of dishes to choose from. Both nonveg and veg variety was well spread. Sweet dishes and icecream was nice. Above all, the presentation and service was commendable. A great place to visit to celebrate a birthday with family and friends.

Excellent Ambience and very spacious. The food as always was good although the best part was the way the servers were asking for dishes was very professional. The manager even visited every table with the head chef to inquire about the food and taste

Right now, I am sitting in this Gaur City Mall branch of barbeque nation. I swear in the name of God, this is the worst branch of barbeque nation as well as a restaurant I have ever seen. 1. The waiter gives dirty table to sit. They don't even care cleaning or sanitizing the seating 2. The grill rods all have such a bad smell and their wooden part stinks 3. Nothing on the menu is served hot. They pick the left over from 1 table and keep it on the other. In fact, they can dare to do this right on your face. 4. Just 1 person is taking care of live counter. So it will take you ages to get any dish from there If I keep writing, I can end up writing, 3000 words and all negative. Doesn't deserve even a one star.

The worst experience of barbecue nation till day. Washroom was super dirty. Dishes and bowls were dirty. Service was bad. Taste was not even like street vendors. Variety was very less. Last time we went to @abs Bangalore sarjapur road and that was way way better than this. Even we told them it’s a birthday they forgot. The ambience was like a fish market. I have been a regular barbeque goer , not just in Delhi NCR , but also in Mumbai. I have seen all varieties of food being served at barbeque restaurants. But today, what I saw at BBQ Nation @ Gaur City Mall, was an utter shock to me and my family. It's not everyday that you go out with your family to eat quality food. After about 2 years of lockdown and isolation, we ventured out to eat like a family, at the BBQ Nation @gaur City Mall. Let's first get to the Maincourse. O 1. Dal Tadka 2. Mix veg 3. Paneer makhanwala 4. Chilly veg + noodles 5. Veg biryani 6. Steamed Rice 7. Soup 8. Kadi Pakoda Other than what was joke in the name of salad, that much was the Maincourse for veg eaters. As if the sheer lack of variety was not enough, the taste was worse than the worst I have ever eaten at any restaurant or even at cheapest of the wedding functions. The Biryani was more like tehri. Ther server initially said we don't serve kulcha, but when I complained to the manager about this, he brought us hot stuffed kulchas. So much miscommunication and such poor planning of menu. Now let's come to dessert. Other than the brownies, each and every thing, from the thin "phirni" to the kulfi, was a total devastation. And how can I forget the moong dal halwa that was drier than my hands in winter, so much lack of ghee that we wondered if this was really moong dal halwa. One thing positive that made us stay and bear the torture that their food was, was the polite manager Mr. Veer Singh, who even got us prepared more richer versions of the two veg dishes and the chef also came to apologise, but at the same time justify that this is how food is at BBQ Nation here and we can get good food on demand. Apart from the manager Mr. Veer , who is trying to save this sinking ship, everything else was an utter disaster. Mr. Veer apologised very profoundly but the thing is , this place is an insult to , atleast the veg eaters. Third quality vegetarian food, lacking in both variety and taste , not worth the 1k+ on a Sunday night. Absolutely spoiled the weekend for us. But thank God , only our family came today. What if we had brought our friends or clients, or even our extended family. Would have been a tight slap on our faces. Will never reccomend to anyone. Attaching pictures of The buffet food.
