★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't even give 1 star to big bazaar of gaur city mall, greater noida. Poor customer service, nobody to weigh the vegetables or other things. None of the workers have any knowledge of where they have kept the things. The hardly speak but whisper, which makes it hard to even listen. You gotta ask them 3-4 times to get one single answer. They don't even have their products serial numbers valid, which delayed my billing over an hour, and at the end i decided to leave all of my things there only. I would never shop in a place with such poor management

Now I am struggling to get my refund from bigbazar . Now it's 7 days over ....from last 3 days they are saying you will get it in next 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didi not receive complete order ..this is happening second time .items are missing and I also paid but did not receive the product..this is being done deliberately.. from future I will never ever ever order online from this fraud and chor company ..yes big bazar is chor ..they took my money but didn't deliver neither informed that we have not delivered the perticular product..third class customer service and delivery.. pathetic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased shakti roasted peanuts yesterday and when opened the packet i found the peanuts are smelling, may be diesel smell and when i eat them the smell was in the peanuts. I'm worried about my health. Very bad experience from such a big company. The batch no is 1121 and date of mfg 22nov 2121. My memo no is 0052675 ch 353857 tr 28331 billed by Deepak Panchal dt 7/1/22 3pm. Ashok

here you can roam and shop.
The main thing About this Big bazaar is that it is very new nd have latest collection of cloths.
Food stalls are very spacious and well maintained.
It is in the lower ground and easily shown to public.Wheelchairs entrance available and Parking is nearby.
All fresh vegetables and fruits available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always made mistake while billing, whenever I can't check my bill details at hand, I have to reach there again next day for the correction and that is also with no ease.
Writing this review as it happened with me multiple times. So please check your bill details at hand don't trust the counter person.
They don't take care about free items, schemes.
