Staffs were kind enough to help us with everything
Non veg section was perfect but veg section somehow lacked somewhere
PS: There starters are very good so keep a balance else you won't be able to enjoy the main course ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 10 stars if possible. The food was great specifically the grilled prawns and the kulfis. Every food is so subtle and delicious that you can't resist yourself to fill up till neck.
Now the xfactor I.e. the staff they are so humble, fast and courteous that you can't complain anything about them, hats off to the entire management and bbq nation staff.
I would like to blame the staff for the reason of eating so much ?? as they will ask sir/mam please try this as we have started this new example they served us pizza and golgappas, apart from that they keep on checking out each and every one needs by personally asking them and even proactively serve for example my brother told one of them that the chicken Tikka was hard and he instantly brought up new fresh tender soft chicken tikkas and said sir please try these.
Another example as my son is not use to have spicy food hence they constantly served him numerous non spicy foods so that he can eat.
All in all it's a must to go restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular outlet of barbecue nation genuinely serves a little better tasting food as compared to other branches of the same chain. As usual their servers are extremely nice and are always at their best behavior and are extremely courteous.
It is an important detail as this thing has degraded at the other outlets, all the food served here was sizzling hot and came straight out of their kitchen. They were also nice enough to make some things for me which were not present in the menu, which is a very thing for a restaurant that serves a set menu. They clearly weigh customer satisfaction way more than any other thing.
It's a very nice place if you have 2-3 hours to spend with your family or friends.
Dal makhani, Veg Biryani, crispy corn, tandoori mushrooms, paneer masala, soya chaap and paneer tikka were very good and they even customized the starters as per my taste. Special mention to the virgin mojito they served as it was one the best I've ever had.
I even had some good golgappas and palak patta chaat during one of their festival special lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good. Staff was behaving well and giving attention equally to everyone. Main course was not so good but starter and desert is amazing. Still would suggest to keep more variety of food, very limited variety in desert and main course. Giving 4 stars because of service and staff's polite behaviour. Nothing much! Place was clean. We went on weekend non veg- 1127 rs and veg 1047 rs.
