★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service centre's workshop manager's behaviour is very bad. After waiting for a long time I wanted to sit in the room allotted for customers but he denied. Why so? I am gentle man so could not argue with him. I went there from far distance as after Chinsurah there is no service center in Hooghly. One day it was just 10.45am he declined my servicing as there was long queue. I requested that I would wait. Still he denied. His attitude is bad. I am going to lodge complaint against him in Suzuki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The use of spare parts counter staff in Burdwan Suzuki showroom is very bad.Always using them is bad.Despite having parts, you will say there are no parts. I have noticed this many times.The use of 2 boys of the counter is very disgusting. I am requesting the company not to keep such people for whom the name of the company is bad.All people are annoyed by their behavior.
