The location is very convenient to reach.. though the size of the showroom is a bit small, but it's definitely not a problem as such.!
They answer all your queries patiently and they do have test ride models.
One particular person, Tushar da is a real gem of a person.
I'd highly recommend it?
(Update)- Service department is just above average, they will *just* do the basic works such as cleaning the vehicle, air filter, brakes.. .oil change, chain cleaning and lubing etc. Unless the costumer insists, they won't do anything, even the long list of periodic works mentioned in a user manual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The use of spare parts counter staff in Burdwan Suzuki showroom is very bad.Always using them is bad.Despite having parts, you will say there are no parts. I have noticed this many times.The use of 2 boys of the counter is very disgusting. I am requesting the company not to keep such people for whom the name of the company is bad.All people are annoyed by their behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless incompetent mechanics and staff very slow service they don't know how fix problem of their products.... they don't know anything about their products how to maintain... the charges money unnecessarily in first service in the name of consumerable charge... I didn't hear this any of the show about this consumerable charge.. they cheat on customers on the name of that. Very worst showroom in Burdwan Town.
