★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional and mismanaged staff of food and beverage. We are still at the counter and waiting for our bill from past 1 hour. The manager Mr Chandraveer has no clue whats happening in the bar and the pool area. And on top of that we are holding the membership of Bravia hotel. I think it's no point of coming back to the place again.
