I want say that reception lady is too harsh and doesn't have any patience to listen what patient says ..The way she respond is just like we did some mistake to her ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them for ear wax removal of my husband and took appointment - The receptionist told doctor is available and asked us to come immediately
But after reaching, receptionist informed that doctor is unavailable and asked us to call & hurry up doctor by lying to him that we are waiting from 1 hour..
Finally waited for 2 hours in hospital even after taking prior appointment but doctor just prescribed over the counter drop (Soliwax) and asked us to return in next week to clear ear-wax! Note that we were charged Rs.500 for just this prescription!
Then, we went in evening to another ENT centre in Jayanagar who removed off wax in 5 min!
What is most pathetic - We got MANY calls from receptionist who asked us to change the negative review on Google and lied again that doctor suddenly went off from clinic after we took appointment - We were there within 5min of calling! How low can they get to ask patients to change reviews!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the year of 2015, I was approached a corporate hospital suffering from severe breathing problem. Doctors advised me SINUSITIS surgery. Then I went to Basavana Gudi ENT Care Centre for second opinion. At that time, Dr.Mahadevaiah ENT & Dr.Kumara Swamy ENT examined me and they advised that no need of SINUSITIS surgery. A simple procedure (NASAL CAUTERY) is enough and it takes 15 minutes only.
Due to my personal reasons, it is postponed. Now I consult Dr.Kumara Swamy ENT, with the same problem he advised and completed NASAL CAUTERY procedure I came back after one hour. Now I feel very comfortable. I convey my sincere thanks to Dr.Kumara Swamy.ENT Surgeon Basavana Gudi ENT Care Centre, Bangalore.
Regarding my opinion about Doctor, he listen our problem with patience and he spent more time with patient while treatment.

I had gone there to clear ear wax blockage.
First of all the appointment process is mismanaged. I waited 2+ hours standing after taking an appointment on the phone.
Then finally when I got the appointment, the doctor just prescribed an over the counter drops which I already knew and told to come after a week. Other clinics complete the procedure in a single sitting.
Consultation charges isn't cheap either. It costed me INR 500 and 3 hours of my time wasted. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Doctor and as a person, Doctor is very kind and Good hearted humanbeing.Having Good attitude and behaviour. Good listener- listens carefully with lot of patience, understands patients painpoints and accordingly gives the solutions to the patients. This is one of the most very good quality that has been embedded in our Doctor's soul. smiling face. Never irritates patient. Even the entire staffs are very Good and disciplined in handling the patients queries. Totally, this center is very disciplined and very well maintained. Finally i recommended to my family & friends. Thank u dr kumarswamy sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't really care for patient problem - Things have changed after Dr. Mahadevaiah has passed away.
For prescribing simple medicine, prescription charge is Rs.500! Mismanaged appointment process - Even though there is long queue of patients waiting after taking appointments, doctor arrives very late but the lady giving appointment on call lies that doctor is in clinic.
Clinic keeps giving irritating back to back calls continuously for next day to justify their mistake and give fake response on review that "We didn't charge for prescription" (I have proof of paying online)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was desperately looking for an ENT nearby to my home for my Father's ear pain. I could book appointment sitting at home. No waiting time. Dr. Kumaraswamy was patient enough to listen to his problem. He did not prescribe unnecessary medicine neither left us with a chance to return back. He assured us that we would see the effect in next two days and should require no need to return back. I am thankful for the advise on little amount of medicine and rest all alternative ways...steaming and exercise to help through. I am grateful to have visited him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience , receiving is very nice.... Specially Dr. Kumaraswamy is very patience to hear all the problems and guide us in nice way what is required. Simply he don't ask to do any surgery.
My father was having ear problem, we consulted in our native with multiple hospitals but no use. Kumaraswamy sir treated with injections now he is able to hear.
