Starters were good most of the times. Ordered sizzlers several times. The Shashlik chicken lost its tenderness the last time l ate.. rest is good.
Still a Decent experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be very Frank, this visit to Basho's disappointed me a bit due to quality of food served and the Quality of service which has really gone downas compared to the good'ol days. It maybe pandemic thats the reason behind however while the ambience remains the same and was nostalgic but the overall package was missing due to the reason I mentioned.

Visited this place after 4 years now, I have visited this place earlier and liked it.
Poor service - This time the service was very poor. Even when the restaurant was completely unoccupied, the waiter didn't allow us to seat at desired table. He insisted us to seat at a table of his choice.
Unavailability - Whatever we wanted to order, almost 90% of the dishes were unavailable. We then had to order from a very limited options.
We were already not very happy with our experience till now and suddenly power was down. We then decided to leave and dine in somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here on a busy day of Valentines day. There was a lot of wait time which was expected. Although I believe they are short on staff. There was nobody to note down the waitinf details and I could see only 2 waiters when the place was bustling with people. So as expected, it took a lot of time for us to place our order and then for our orders to be delivered and even more time to get a cheque after we were done.
The food although was good in taste. The sizzler was a bit disappointing. But the rest of the items were good, reasonable rates.
