★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to baskin robbins bangur branch today .The ice cream was really very tasty and good quality no offence to baskin robbins .But one of the sales man there at bangur branch was really very ignorant and rude to us as if he is not intrested in selling nd business . He was replying when we asked for menu .And was not kind to us was showing attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have mentioned scoops of 3 flavours start at Rs 59. On asking to give any of the displayed one's, they say it's for representative purpose only ! On further confronting ,they excuse themselves saying It mentioned in the LHS of the display..Trust me it's not even visible and not sure a magnifying glass would either help. Also the manager Mr Siddharth said terms & conditions are supposed to be written in very small letters/fonts !! Besides non-ac outlet ...If u survive all these better Luck with mosquitoes army over there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased two nearbuy vouchers and went to the store to avail the service. But they refused to accept the nearbuy vouchers, they clearly told, "we are not not accepting nearbuy". Then why they are selling vouchers in nearbuy app? Just to harress and cheating the customers??
When I asked why not accepting nearbuy, they excused that, "Internet is not working". But they are selling via Swiggy, Zomato, etc. In front of me they accepted Swiggy orders and delivered it. Then when I asked, if Internet is not working then how you accepting Swiggy orders? Then they excusing that their franchise told them to not accepting nearbuy. This is clearly a case of cheating and harnessing the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't had a great time in Lake town's baskin Robin. They had no hygiene maintain. I saw a dead cockroach when i entered the parlour on right side corner. There was no crowd but they still didn't get the time to remove that and then finally we had to ask them to remove it but still they kicked that cockroach more towards the corner.
Next when we asked for the tasting of one of the flavours. I don't know if it's a rule or something there but they filled the tasting spoon (which is already quarter spoon ). They were filling it half , half of that quarter spoon. You will not be able to taste the flavour properly because of that.
