★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a G+4 storied small complex, within 2 minutes walk from the Garia Main Rd leading to Baruipur. This housing is about 10 years old, but resided by a cohesive community. They bagged the Best Durga Puja award among Housing Community Pujas in their very first organised Durga Puja when this Housing Association was very new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located at Tetultala, which is in between Garia metro station and Mahamayatala. This apartment is a complex where many flats are there divided in blocks. It has two entrance gates,one for cars and other for normal entrance which is sometimes closed. There is security guards in the front gate and everyone visiting have sign-in in a register. Lift facility is available in every building and generator services is available. This is a big housing complex and also has a children park. Durga Puja is also celebrated every year in this complex as well as other festivals. This area is accessible from Garia metro station. You can reach here on foot or by auto-rickshaw from Garia station. Stoppage is Tetultala and from there you have walk 3-5 minutes to reach here. Plantations are planted on the sides of the entrance and there is greenery there. Market is not also far and Spencer's is available for groceries at walking distance.

2. The complex is spacious.
3. 5 mins walk from the main road.
4. Great neighbours ( mainly mind their own business).
5. Hospital and other medical facilities are nearby.
Nice place to live with your family or alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security was not consisìtent at the gate. Sometimes missing, sometimes too tight. Inside was okay nd clean. The community hall was good for accomodating the invitees. Overall good but common spce maintenance was not satisfactory.
