★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice complex with 3 to 4 ready towers. Few others are under construction. Small Gym is available for now. A bigger will be made available after construction completes. Play ground and other such facilities are there.
Edit- Interior walls are damp after just few years, Tiles and flooring for play ground & drive way is of inferior quality. Better to invest some place else or build a seperate home for the 1cr. price tag. Many residents not happy in their investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can confirm that PS Ozone has deducted 51,000/- INR from the deposite and refunded the rest of the amount. PS Ozone had earlier said that they will deduct 10,000/-. They have actually deducted 51,000/-. Abolutely unprofessional and disgusting lies by PS Ozone. Stay away if not sure of taking a flat !

One flat 2bhk cost about 1.3crore
In front of the high rise there is a modern and sophisticated garden. And a lot of parking area Or open space , and the wind is natural and high speed ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Srijan care - you are copied in last 50 emails by me and fellow owners. So dont send reply to this review as you care about customer satisfaction. You are fully aware of all issues so stop replying to this review and instead reply to the emails. All - Beware of buying any Srijan project. I am an owner of Srijan Nirvana and I feel ashamed that I invested my money for this name SRIJAN, who does not have simple basic sense how to communicate and how to do customer care which indeed be a simple basic quality of any corporate members. The ethics and behavioral safety is worst here and not at all acceptable.
Do not trust any reviews from local guide as they are their own people. Ask any owner who bought srijan property and you will get 0/5 star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The marketing department will make too many false commitment about the handover and fit out date. Once you book the flat these people will stop resonding to your email and will simply tell you that we never made any commitments. They will even not allow you to visit your flat and will simply give a safety policy excuse. Highly disappointed with the after booking service and would not recommend to purchase this flat based on false commitments you get at the time of booking the flat.
